Are We Ready for a Dog? Coaching

Service Description

This pre-dog Zoom session helps you determine what breed type(s) and age range will likely fit with your family’s lifestyle and preferences. Training, exercise, feeding, and grooming requirements will be discussed, as well as how to fit a dog into your home and your current schedule, and where to get a dog who fits your needs and wants (breeder versus rescue/foster group versus shelter). After our hour long Zoom session, I will review of up to three breeder's websites and their social media site, as well as provide a list of questions to ask them, OR I will provide guidance for searching for dogs on adoption websites such as PetFinder.com and review of up to 5 dog profiles, as well as provide a list of questions to ask the rescue. $25 of the cost of this session may be credited toward any training package once you find the right dog for your family.
